Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to act as a key financial business partner to the Division Management, reporting directly to the Division CFO. In this critical role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the FP&A team, oversee controlling processes and systems, drive financial analysis, and lead process optimization initiatives. Additionally, you will foster a cost-conscious culture and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Your Responsibilities:•\tLead the FP&A team, overseeing controlling processes (LPP, Rolling Forecast, Budgeting), controlling systems (B&R COPA), and management reporting•\tAnalyze and interpret key performance indicators, monitor financial planning (budgeting, forecasting), ensure compliance with budget and forecast guidelines, and promote standardized processes and tools•\tExecute and oversee financial results analysis, coordinate management reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), and drive process improvements and global initiatives to enhance financial controlling•\tStrengthen cross-functional collaboration, foster cost awareness, and support the professional and personal development of the B&R FP&A team
Qualifications for the role\tCompleted degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.\tSeveral years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company including leadership roles \tSound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls.\tExperience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software)\tGood knowledge of tax law\tAnalytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail\tEffective communication skills and ability to work in teams.\tExcellent proficiency in English (company language is English); German is an advantage
