We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to take on a WW Field Direct Operations Compliance Project Manager role, to establish a strategy for more preventative, process-driven compliance of our Direct Repair operations, enabled by digitization, AI and advanced data analytics. The PM will create and execute implementation plans for the related compliance and efficiency initiatives from definition to implementation in close collaboration with the Market Operational teams.
The PM will also coordinate our Internal Quality Management Systems activities for Direct operations, in close collaboration with the WW Quality teams and the Markets. This includes particularly Business Continuity Plans and Risk Management of our Field Direct Repair operations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Direct End-to-End and Onsite Support operational policies and processes
Ability to work in a large matrix organization with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with team members in same team, and across multiple different teams, ability to foster teamwork with many different functions and individuals
Strong Communication skills, including to create clear status updates for internal and external (partners) audiences
Ability to develop new ideas and methods to run in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Advanced Project Management, including Management of Change
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree
7+ years in project management roles or in similar roles/businesses
Preferred Certifications:
Project Management (Lean-Six-Sigma, PMP)
Certified ISO Auditor 27001 & 90001.
Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE) or equivalent
The base pay range for this role is $93 150 up to $132 750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
