Key job responsibilities
- Guide daily operations and foster positive workplace experiences across all eero offices
- Develop comprehensive strategies for new office openings and expansions
- Support and mentor the office administration team while building collaborative relationships
- Partner with service providers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and long-term strategic initiatives
- Occasional travel (less than 20%) and flexibility for international team collaboration
