Global Facilities CMMS Manager

We are leaders in plasma-derived medicines and transfusion medicine and develop, produce and market innovative medicines, solutions and services in more than 110 countries and regions. **Summary:** The Global Facilities CMMS Manager serves as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary interface with IT for all CMMS platforms, including SAP PM/MM, Maximo, and ServiceOne, across all global sites. This role is responsible for developing a strategic vision for the CMMS landscape, ensuring optimal functionality, and aligning with industry best practices. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Serve as Global Facilities CMMS SME and primary Facilities interface with IT across all CMMS platforms including SAP PM/MM, Maximo, ServiceOne and others for all sites. + Develop and implement a long-range strategic plan for CMMS systems, guiding future implementations and improvements. + Evaluate and recommend enhancements to ensure optimal CMMS functionality at each global manufacturing location. + Lead global SAP Communities of Practice teams to standardize and improve SAP PM/MM processes. + Ensure that the SAP PM system meets the needs of our business units, optimizing the use of the module to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support our overall corporate strategy. + Facilities lead for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP PM module across the organization, ensuring that it meets the unique needs of each business unit. + Collaborate with other departments and functional areas to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through the use of the SAP PM module. + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user training material for the SAP PM module, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. + Ensure that all Grifols CMMS systems and processes are in-line with industry “best practices” and utilize current technologies. + Develop and execute testing plans and mitigation approaches to ensure that the SAP PM system is fully functional and meets the needs of the organization + Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, including training and documentation. + Evaluate and provide business case for the need to upgrade or enhance Maximo implementations. + Coordinates with Grifols Engineering and other project teams and their external consultants to ensure consistency of CMMS data and documentation. + Serve as primary liaison with CMMS vendors. **Additional Responsibilities:** + Continuously update knowledge, skills, and expertise through professional development opportunities such as training, workshops, and conferences. + Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. + Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals and objectives. + Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. + Identify and solve problems effectively, using analytical skills and creative thinking. + Adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in different environments. + Take ownership of all work and be accountable for all actions, decisions, and outcomes. + Manages initiatives that come with a significant level of complexity and responsibility. + Executes projects that have a significant impact on Grifols's strategy, goals, and objectives. + Monitor the department's performance and make changes as needed to ensure it meets its goals. + Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at the various corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and donor centers. + Develop and implement policies and procedures that govern the activities of the department. **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:** + Extensive experience with CMMS platforms, particularly SAP PM/MM. + Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for CMMS systems. + Experience with CMMS implementations and upgrades. + Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. + Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in person and remotely with various departments and functional areas. + Ability to lead cultural change across an organization; experienced in leveraging multiple approaches to helping people adopt and implement sustained change. + Ability to lead continuous improvement activities and programs, leveraging processes, tools and best practices. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment within communities of widely divergent technical and educational levels. + Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost savings and waste reduction. + Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment reliability. + Ability to translate Facility and Maintenance needs from the CMMS system into IT requirements. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or closely related technical discipline. + A minimum of 8 years of related CMMS leadership experience, preferably in a GMP manufacturing environment. Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. **Occupational Demands:** Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations with occasional travel within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Must work with diverse groups to obtain consensus on issues. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues.
