Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will make a positive impact on business operations by supporting and collaborating with the business. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the comprehensive Global Trainee Program as per the plan.The work model for the role is: remote #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Country Holdings in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:•Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes within the defined area as directed.•Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop intercultural skills.•Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.•Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleRecent graduate with no more than 3 years of experience in total (mandatory)You are immersed in project management and continuous improvement.Ability to demonstrate your experience in FinancePossess an enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBIYou are passionate attitude, resilience, capacity for continuous learning and developmentDegree in Finance, Administration, Business or related You are at ease communicating in English at advanced level
