About the Team
The Global Finance Success organization (GFS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. GFS environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the Finance processes while delivering global end to end process standards.
Within GFS, Global Digital Order-to-Cash (O2C) is responsible for supporting all cash collections and billing related topics of SAP Digital line of business from an operational and analytical perspective. The cash collection team maintains contact for all external customers, as well as for Customer Success Partners, Strategic Trading Partner Executives, Customer Support and Enablement. Cross collaboration among different Finance organizations, Controlling and Commercial areas is a prerequisite for success. While the O2I team is responsible for supporting the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts.
The Global Digital Order-to-Cash (O2C) team thrives on a culture of continuous learning and growth. What you’ll do
Maintain strong customer focus. Handle customer billing disputes, payment queries and account reconciliation. Organized, flexible and able to manage volume. Solution oriented in handling escalations. Manage relationship with external & internal customers. Keen to detail, thorough and ensure proper documentation of updates in the system. Monitor relevant EHF concession and termination cases closely and drive resolution. Support Ad-hoc reporting Prepare, participate, and drive AR review calls with Management, CFO and Sales. Contribute to process standardization, automation and simplification. Gain knowledge and skills that can help you boost your career development. Embrace the continuous improvement, agile mindset and learn the E2E of Digital O2C. Participate and contribute in projects at local, regional, and global level.
What you bring
Fluent in English is a must. Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Finance, or related field Experience in collections, finance or customer support is an advantage. Experience using an ERP tool (SAP) is an advantage. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Good problem-solving skills are required. Must be a well-organized and self-starter with "can do" attitude. Ability to work in an international environment and under work pressure. Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Office
