Your tasks as Global Customer Training Business Development Expert:
Drive strategy customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with sales team. Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager. Continuous evolution of customer training business strategy. Create action plans for leading value-added services for customer and business growth for training products. Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities. Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.
Your profile:
Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus) Project management experience Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg Power BI, Tableau Change management skills Process management experience eg. SalesForce, SAP Experience working in global environment. Excellent communications skills English language competency (German, French or other is a plus) Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
