Global Credit Finance (GCF) Regulatory Reporting Assistant Vice President on our Business Support Team, to manage the program and associated reporting for applicable GCF regulatory schedules. This position will manage a team of 2 and work with colleagues in the US and Gdansk, Poland to review and reconfigure existing processes to meet program requirements

What you will be responsible for

As a Global Credit Finance, Assistant Vice President will

Provide day to day management of 2 team membersOversee review of existing Borrower-In-Custody (BIC) Pledging reporting process and develop appropriate processes and data sourcing model based on assessment of program reporting requirementsDrive review of existing control framework for BIC Pledging reporting process and implement changes as appropriateManage execution of monthly BIC Pledging report production process and ongoing BIC Pledging monitoring process to submit required data on pledged loans to Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), including initial validation and preparation of reporting files, coordinating with subject matter experts to resolve discrepancies and validate data, and maintaining and submitting documentationReview legal documentation and supporting schedules for new and amended deals on an ongoing basis, interpret to determine whether loans meet criteria for BIC pledging program, and ensure accurate and timely data captureRecommend and implement modifications of reporting logic based on complex analysis of portfolio dataEnsure data quality oversight and analysis by leading execution of controlsAssist with responses to internal and external reviews of GCF regulatory reporting and execution of remediation plansCollaborate with all GCF stakeholders and partners Understand, participate in and work in accordance with GCF operating strategy.Analyze and document operational reporting processes and controls.Ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting preferred8+ years of financial services experienceEstablished English written and verbal communication skillsPrior supervisory experience including familiarity with local regulationsProficiency in data management and reportingFamiliarity with credit lending products is requiredWorking knowledge of the syndicated bank loan market and systemsAbility to think critically to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvementAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to clearly articulate ideas to internal and external audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced experience in Excel
