As a **Global Copilot Partner Incubation Lead** in the Global Black Belt (GBB) team, you will be a senior solution sales leader within our Enterprise sales organization working with our most important partners. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner, marketing, and engineering resources to incubate new business models, build strategic partnerships, land market making deals and scale. You will help partners become customer zero for Copilot & Viva, help them create new business models and win market making deals that can then be repeated for scale. By applying to this U.S. based position, while remote work is possible, relocation does not apply/is not provided for the role. **Responsibilities** As a Global Copilot Partner Incubation Lead in the Global Black Belt (GBB) team, you will lead strategic initiatives and incubate new business models with select Global Systems Integrator (GSIs) globally, as well as leading the Viva scale business with relevant partners in your region. + Drive complex and strategic partnerships with a selection of our Commercial GSIs globally. Engaging with key business and technical executives, understanding partners’ business and technology priorities, incubating new business models with partners and building persona & industry-based capabilities. + Act as subject matter expert for Copilot & Viva workloads with partners, navigating complex deal orchestration, supporting competitor displacement opportunities, and sharing proven practices and partner offers with field sellers through readiness and coaching to accelerate sales opportunities and engage confidently at CxO level to present your findings and initiatives. + Accelerate Partner as Customer Zero opportunities with creative deal strategies, Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos and storytelling that overcome partners’ challenges, while leveraging core team stakeholders (Marketing, Partners, Engineering, FastTrack, Biz Desks). + Foster and expand Microsoft’s relationships with Partner Business Decision Makers and support sales teams and GPS to advance their partner knowledge. + Influence engineering and product groups with closed loop feedback from partners, supporting refining the sales process and product updates. + This role will also be responsible for Viva scale with partners in the Americas – leading with the advisories, engaging in incubation and market making opportunities and fostering customer success through partners with the Customer Success Unit (CSU). + OtherEmbody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years technology-related Channel or Partner sales or account management experience + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related Channel or Partner sales or account management experience. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + 7+ years technology-related Channel or Partner sales or account management experience. + Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years technology-related Channel or Partner sales or account management experience + OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technology-related Channel or Partner sales or account management experience. + 4+ years of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales roles. + 3+ years of experience with the AI architecting and deploying AI workloads. + Technical aptitude and hands-on experience working with enterprise AI, Cloud and Security solutions and programs, especially Microsoft’s Modern Work solutions. + Aptitude in partnership business models and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) go to market. Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
