Global Continuous Improvement Expert (m/d/w)
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to lead global Lean initiatives, drive BestPractice Sharing, and shape the future of SIG Excellence.
Key responsibilities Strategic development of SIG Excellence System throughout all regions and global business units. Further development, management and monitoring of the BestPractice Sharing process and system and implementation of the relevant changes in cooperation with the stakeholders Support of SQDCP improvement projects within the regions and global business units, by trainings and coaching on site and remote Management and monitoring of the SES curriculum and the SES Academy Coaching of the responsible areas to achieve the results with the methods and tools from the SIG Excellence System Interaction with local mgmt. teams in case of resistance, escalation of topic to the Global Management Developing and managing the SES Maturity Assessment process and system Execution of SES Maturity Assessment Execute independently SES trainings from the SES Academy in the regions, and contribute to the further development of the SES Academy Training and coaching of the continuous improvement managers
You bring these skills, experience & education Bachelor’s degree in the field of industrial engineering, master’s degree is a benefit Relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and / or Lean Consulting or a comparable role Strong knowledge of TPM, World Class Manufacturing, Shopfloor Management and Lean Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written) Willingness to travel up to 50% (e.g. to Europe, China, North & South America, etc.) SIG competencies
