Global Channel Operations Manager

**Summary:**
This role is the lead position and main point of contact for all global channel operations and will represent the entire team in multiple leadership forums.
**Required Skills:**
Global Channel Operations Manager Responsibilities:
1. Channel Planning Strategy: Develops and implements channel planning strategies that align with overall business objectives. Ex: Sell to goal, Maximize Sell Through
2. Process Optimization: Identifies and implements improvements in channel operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ex:
3. Technology Implementation: Business Subject Matter Expert the implementation and utilization of technology solutions to support channel operations
4. Performance Monitoring: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration: Collaborates with internal teams (sales, marketing, IT) and external partners (distributors, resellers) to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
6. Data Analysis: Uses data analytics to identify trends, predict outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to improve channel performance.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Works with various departments (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure seamless execution of channel operations.
8. Global Coordination: Coordinates channel operations across multiple regions and countries, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
9. Ensuring that all channel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
10. Identifying and implementing improvements in channel operations processes.
11. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel performance (Order Plan to Unconstrained Demand Plan, Plan gaps, On Time in Full, allocations, channel health, etc)
12. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
13. Developing and implementing channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
14. Project managing the implementation and utilization of technology solutions to support channel operations.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

15. Minimum 5 years in a global channel or sales operations position
16. Minimum 3 years in consumer electronics
17. Knowledge of industry standard Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Processes
18. Experience with multi-channel models including Retailers, Distributors and Direct to Consumer
19. Demonstrated experience adapting communication to various audiences from individual contributors to upper levels of management

**Public Compensation:**
$141,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
