What You'll Do
The People Digital Product Portfolio is the largest & most dynamic product portfolio within BCG’s Digital Products Organization, and a key pillar of the broader People Data & Technology space. We enable the global technology for BCG’s entire People Function including Recruiting, Staffing, Mobility, L&D, Teaming, Compensation, and Workday…and over 8 large tech transformation projects & programs. Over the past two years, the People Portfolio has more than doubled in size, and there is more growth to come.
With this growth comes amazing new opportunities, including the Global Change Senior Manager role. In this role, you can expect to work autonomously to lead independent project modules forward, to engage and collaborate with a vast number of stakeholders, and to tackle different challenges creatively.
While the list of many projects and priorities will change, some of the topics you could expect to work on are:
People Digital Product Portfolio Strategy, including our evolving AI StrategyProject Management of, or leadership within, one of our transformations or priority Portfolio initiativesTech Business Case developmentAdditionally, you will support or lead some ongoing initiatives across the People Portfolio, which could include:
Initiative and Portfolio metrics, OKRs, & roadmapsHeartbeat survey (sentiment) analysis & recommendationsABR (annual business review) and QBR (quadrimester business review) supportCommunications & engagement, enabling cross-learning across the Portfolio & improving partnerships with other Portfolios & functionsYOU’RE GOOD AT
