As part of the Global Central Procurement (CP1.2) Non-IT Procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the creation, execution and management of sourcing strategies for specified global spend categories within the responsibility scope of Procurement, delivering accurate results against targets and commitments. The goal is to optimize the sourcing and management of key services to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and to improve stakeholder processes.
Your Job
Leverage deep category and market expertise for Professional Services & BPO (Consulting, Legal, HR Services, BPO) and build strong strategic relationships with stakeholders globallyUnderstand and implement business requirements from key stakeholders, positioning the Procurement value proposition, and shaping business relationshipsDevelop and implement effective partnerships across geographical regions within the Category Management structure for a consistent and aligned approachLead, develop, and manage global suppliers with cutting-edge supplier management practices, benchmarking against leading industriesCollaborate with Global Operations to streamline procurement processes and methodologies, driving efficiency and cost-effectivenessSupport digitalization of internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and procurement excellenceLead the global category team in strategic sourcing activities including tendering, contracting, negotiation, outsourcing, and supplier managementDesign and implement category strategies to improve commercial performance while maintaining compliance and mitigating risks
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, supply chain management or similar professional education8+ years of relevant procurement experience or proven track record in related rolesExperience in leading strategic sourcing projects in an international environment and ability to orchestrate cross-functional negotiation teamsExcellent knowledge of BPO & Professional Services sub-categories, i.e. consulting, legal consulting, temporary labor, recruitment, HR servicesStrong project management skills with proven experience in delivering category and sourcing strategies and projects that are data driven and controlledProficient contract terminology and expertise in developing alternative clauses where necessary in cooperation with in-house legal departments, including risk management and regulatory requirementsTechnical expertise in the category strategy being supported, with a clear understanding of the impact of regional and global strategies on local marketsGood team player with excellent interpersonal skillsApplication Instructions
