Our team supports the established product portfolio, product documentation and customers with product related requests and related projects. Being responsible for our product documentation systems, creating and maintaining shipper labels and templates, building our information foundation for support, automation activities and coordinating minor projects representing the Global Business support area. Your main tasks will be... + Manage specific food technical support areas building knowledge, standard replies ans support processes Manage templates and validate processes in systems used for documents, labels and support + Handle label support requests + Act as first point of contact for systems used for product documentation and responsible for training + Validate label system updates and processes as Business Process Manager + Inspire, drive and implement automation initiatives in GBS in collaboration with corporate teams + Represent GBS in other cross business projects + Ensuring a customer-centric approach to tasks Your collaboration extends beyond borders, working closely with global colleagues to gain in-depth knowledge of the organization and existing products. While the team emphasizes on-site presence, you can over time enjoy a certain flexibility, with the option to work from home occasionally after a successful onboarding. We are looking for you if you have … + A Master’s or Bachelor’ degrees within food, pharma, Business IT or other relevant industry + Minimum 3 years working experience in a technical role within food, pharma industry or similar + Experience with project coordination, process optimization and systems management would be an advantage + Excellent English skills, both written and oral As a person you have an eye for details and structure, the ability to be curious and at the same time think out of the box. You can work independently, but trhive working in a team.
