• The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.
We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.
Your new team This role sits in Pernod Ricard’s The Absolut Group (TAG) business. Joining TAG means having 1000+ colleagues based across the world who are responsible for the production, packaging development, innovation and strategic marketing of an extensive range of premium spirits brands, including Absolut Vodka, Beefeater, the world’s most awarded gin, Malibu, our leading flavoured rum, and Kahlua, the number one coffee liqueur, along with a selection of agave spirits, including Altos tequila and craft gins such as Monkey 47.
The role sits within the TAG Gins Advocacy, Shopper, Experience & Culture team. The vision for TAG Gins is to propel value growth for Beefeater & our Gins portfolio . This will be achieved by marketing Pernod Ricard’s Gin portfolio to the highest standards to win the hearts and minds of gin consumers all over the world. Our London based team looks after three of our 5 brands: Beefeater, the strategic international priority brand in our Portfolio and a key contributor of the TAG Gin success, Malfy our SP+ rising star, unlocking opportunities within and beyond SP+ gins and Plymouth, SP+ offer for gin purists.
Your unique contribution
You will have 4 main areas of responsibility:
1. Be the face of Malfy Globally both online and offline – for consumers & trade – The Malfy Global Brand Ambassador should embody the Malfy brand in events and in content and build strong Brand led digital and social media profile to engage bartender and influencer audience
2. Build Amici di Malfy community of advocates: Build and nurture a network of Trade and Consumer advocates – through full coordination of the global Villa Malfy advocacy trips, supporting Markets in carrying out their local advocacy plans and suggesting recommendations on how to further drive advocacy the Malfy way within the group.
3. Support the global marketing team in propelling growth of Malfy, leveraging experience to help shape tools and experiences that will grow our footprint in the on-trade and drive liquid on lips:
- Lead drinks development for the Malfy brand – from owning the drinks strategy through to new drinks development for innovations and product launches.
- Lead training and education globally – equipping the business with the right training tools and where needed deliver in person and virtually in support of markets
- Feed the global marketing team with in-market and industry insights and best practices to enrich the global activation strategy.
4. Alongside our 3 other Gins GBAs (Beefeater, M47 & KiNoBi) lead the Gins community of Local Brand Ambassador across Pernod-Ricard business – nurturing this community of internal advocates, ensuring they have the right tools and support to effectively drive Malfy’s advocacy and relaying their best-practices and insights to the broader Gins global marketing team.

Externally, your contacts will be external stakeholders – namely trade, consumers & influencers
