THE OPPORTUNITY As the Sr. Global Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to our global benefits strategy by administering a full suite of benefit programs including health & welfare, retirement, leaves & accommodations and wellness programs. This position will report directly to the Director of Global Benefits and will play a critical role in shaping our benefits and driving our benefits philosophy. This role will require partnering with our vendors, brokers, and cross-functional teams in Payroll, IT, Legal, and Finance, as well as providing guidance to employees and helping them with their benefits needs. You will have the unique opportunity to enhance the benefit administration activities, leveraging your expertise to cultivate an unparalleled experience for our employees. Simultaneously, you'll collaborate closely with our HR team, contributing to a spectrum of initiatives encompassing our health and wellness programs. THE TEAM Xactly’s Human Resources team is a tight-knit team with diverse backgrounds--our department includes both early, mid and career professionals from a variety of backgrounds. We’re charged with bringing progressive, creative, and impactful HR strategies to the Company. This is a hybrid role that will give you a large variety of exposure to a wealth of activities within the benefits function. You will also have fun with this amazing team. THE SKILL SET 5+ years of prior relevant experience mainly in benefits administration. Experience working for a US based multinational company is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and addressing urgent issues successfully and simultaneously Skilled in building rapport and communicating with employees and leaders at various organizational levels. Strong verbal and written communication. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills and able to work proactively cross-functionally and across all levels within the organization. Strong attention to detail, prioritization and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems Able to handle confidential data with appropriate sensitivity Capable of working independently while also contributing to team efforts towards common goals. Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and manage global benefit programs in partnership with benefit vendors, and brokers ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency. Support projects such as annual open enrollment in the US and renewal of benefits across global entities. Conduct monthly benefit auditing and reconciliation, benefit billing, record keeping, and benefit reporting Ongoing maintenance & revision of benefit communication materials on company intranet, onboarding and offboarding documents to capture changes in a timely manner. Lead the US benefits open enrollment activities including communication, system updates, and employee education sessions. Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Payroll, Legal, HRIS and Finance) on benefit program renewals and implementation, managing vendor procurement, invoicing and other areas related to benefits administration. Manage the leave of absence process and work with the team members, HR business partners, managers, third party vendors to address leave accommodation requests mainly for the US, Canada & UK. Advise payroll on payment schedules and guidelines per the leave policy. Act as the primary point of contact for benefits, manage and respond to the tickets and resolve inquiries and escalations working with the applicable stakeholders as needed. Identify and analyze gaps and deficiencies in our current benefit administration processes and propose recommendations for improvement. Drive awareness of the various benefit programs through the design and delivery of communication campaigns. Manage the wellness program by maintaining a quarterly wellness activity calendar, monthly wellness newsletter, facilitating global challenges in partnership with the vendor, propose new ideas and initiatives, research new vendors as needed, collaborate with local HR globally for companywide initiatives. Maintain a compliance calendar, complete the annual ACA filing in Workday, audit the annual 401(k) census data for annual testing, coordinate the collection and submission of documents required for annual audits. Assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects. Support global benefits initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to the execution of our benefits strategy across all regions while ensuring compliance with all global rules and regulations WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow Build relationships with the HR team including all functional area leads Gain a foundational framework for understanding how the basics work including our organizational structure, who you will be working with on key projects, key stakeholders in the delivery of benefits and how to navigate the basics of getting work done WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know Fully manage the benefits administration processes and getting ahead of employees’ needs Begin supporting projects in the benefits areas Recommend process improvements and ask critical questions WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL Begin to implement some of the concepts you have learned and leverage the learning that you have been developing over the past 6-months Take on larger tasks and challenges (compliance, issue resolution etc) Roll out efficiencies you’ve identified as part of process improvement WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL Be seen as a well-versed, trusted Benefits Analyst making a positive impact company-wide Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and Benefits acumen BENEFITS AND PERKS Comprehensive insurance coverage (including pet insurance!) The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $70,000 to $90,000 base salary.
