Do you understand and can resolve complex business issues and customer requirements? In this role you will prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all non-standard commitments are included in the final price to the customer. You will also draft contract language, redlining, negotiation and guidance to Sales and SMEs within parameters permitted by the business unit. **What are the other job responsibilities?** + Matrix manage virtual teams and inputs from key stakeholders/Subject Matter Experts (SME), typically engaging with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, Pricing/Profit, Brand and Product teams, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Project Management. + Be a subject matter expert on the Company Global Program and its capabilities. + Run appropriate risk assessments and management.
