JLL is seeking an experienced Global Account Director to lead and manage key client relationships within our Work Dynamics accounts division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-national FM accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global client account, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality FM services across multiple regions. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Lead a team of regional account directors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling JLL's broader service offerings. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned accounts. Manage client expectations and resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in facilities management to provide innovative solutions to clients. Conduct regular client reviews and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organization. Collaborate with JLL's global network to leverage resources and expertise for the benefit of assigned accounts. Ensure compliance with JLL's policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior account management roleProven track record of managing large, complex global accounts in the FM industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with C-level executivesProficiency in financial management and budgetingExperience with FM technologies and software platformsWillingness to travel (up to 30% of the time)
