GIS Technical Project Manager III

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT project including implementation methodology, change management, user communication, etc.Plan, manage and optimize project implementation budgeting/Resource control in dynamic service/project deliveriesSummarize and standardize add-hoc task or event support frameworkWork with global team members for global project implementation and coordinationSupport GIS Business Partner and operation manager for IT project execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fieldMore than 6 years of Infrastructure and IT operation experience with increased responsibilitiesVery good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishExcellent Project management, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global companyAbility to travel to other locations within JapanCertified Project Management Professional preferred
