Overview of Position: Notre Dame High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Girls' Water Polo Head Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will focus on player development, team success, and fostering a culture of excellence both in and out of the pool. Responsibilities: ? Plan and lead all practices, games, and team-related activities. ? Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and conditioning. ? Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff. ? Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic in student-athletes. ? Ensure compliance with CIF regulations and school policies. ? Organize team schedules, transportation, and logistics in coordination with the athletic department. ? Assist student-athletes with college recruitment opportunities. ? Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and school administration. Qualifications: ? Previous coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level preferred. ? Comprehensive understanding of water polo techniques and strategies. ? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ? Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. ? Must complete required certifications,
