Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle EBS Cloud Payroll system to meet the organization's payroll processing needs. Experience implementing or supporting Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Payroll Willingness to expand knowledge into Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Plan and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS Cloud Payroll, including system configuration, integration, and data migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle EBS environment. Develop and maintain a roadmap for the Oracle EBS Payroll system, ensuring it supports the organization's long-term goals. Provide expert guidance on best practices for payroll processing, system design, and cloud technologies. Oversee the setup of payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and other payroll-specific configurations. Ensure the system complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll processing. Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts for the Oracle EBS Cloud Payroll system. Manage and mentor a team of Oracle EBS specialists and developers. Coordinate with Oracle support and other vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates or patches. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and IT staff on Oracle EBS Cloud Payroll functionalities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience with atleast 3 full cycle Oracle EBS Payroll implementations and architecture, preferably in a cloud environment. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects within a specified timeline. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS development tools. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Oracle Cloud Payroll certification or other relevant Oracle certifications.
