1. Planification Usines / Fournisseurs
- Planifier et coordonner les approvisionnements de votre portefeuille produit avec les usines Teva et Cellules Supply chain  conformément aux besoins du marché 
- Animer un point hebdo Supply avec vos usines ou Cellules Supply chain 
- Suivre quotidiennement vos approvisionnements et  le respect des délais - Alerter votre hiérarchie  en cas de problème
- Garantir et maintenir le paramétrage de vos articles

2. Gestion des stocks
- Garantir un niveau de stock maitrisé en évitant les sur-stocks et l’obsolescence
- Suivre quotidiennement vos niveaux de stock en particulier pour vos produits en dessous du stock de sécurité. Mener les actions nécessaires
- Détecter et anticiper les risques de ruptures en identifiant les causes et recherchant des solutions afin de les éviter et de minimiser leurs impacts. Transmettre les informations et alertes en respectant les procédures en vigueur
- Optimiser l’ensemble des flux d’approvisionnements et les niveaux de stocks. Veiller au respect des procédures Qualité en vigueur  et aux BPD  liées aux approvisionnements  particulièrement lors du transport et d’importations (Psychotrope, Stupéfiants, Dédouanements…..)

3. Réceptions
- Gérer les réceptions informatiques en cas de besoin  de vos produits livrés en relation avec les usines et les dépôts
- Suivre les litiges à réception et mettre en place les actions nécessaires auprès de vos  transporteurs et usines

Your experience and qualifications

- Formation en logistique industrielle ou expérience dans le métier des approvisionnements idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique 
- Bonne connaissance des fondamentaux de la supply chain 
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse 
- Rigueur 
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse 
- Autonomie 
- Force de proposition 
- Anglais professionnel écrit et parlé

Nous vous offrons un contract à durée déterminé de 6 mois à compter de juillet 2025.

Le poste se trouve à la Défense où vous avez la possibilité de profiter du télétravail à compter de 10 jours par mois.
