Principales Fonctions et Responsabilités:

Maintien d’une affectation de gestionnaire de cas de territoire; Maintien continu des projets désignés; Surveillance; Respect des protocoles; Documentation des dossiers de cas (électroniques et papier); Utilisation de la base de données et exactitude des informations recueillies; Appels téléphoniques pour l’exactitude du contenu et étiquette téléphonique; Participation à des consultations auprès des clients et à des séances de travail en collaboration avec le gestionnaire ou en l’absence du gestionnaire; Identification des besoins de formation basés sur le suivi et la formation de recyclage selon les besoins et si jugé nécessaire, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire; Avec le gestionnaire, participer au processus d’embauche et de formation du nouveau personnel; Identification des besoins en matière de modification de la base de données du programme, des protocoles et des processus en cours; Communications quotidiennes et continues sur les projets liés aux clients; Soutien et remplacement du gestionnaire; et Rapports sur les clients; D’autres fonctions et tâches peuvent être confiées au gestionnaire adjoint de programme de temps à autre, selon les besoins. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of a territory caseworker assignment;Ongoing maintenance of the assigned projects;Monitoring:Protocol adherence;Documentation in case files (electronic and hard files);Database use and accuracy of information collected;Phone calls for accuracy of content and telephone etiquette;Participation in client consultations and working sessions in collaboration with the manager or in the manager’s absence;Identification of training needs based on monitoring and lead refresher training as required and determined necessary in collaboration with the manager;With the manager, participate in the hiring and training process of new staff;Identification of needs for modification of program database, protocols and current processes;Daily and on-going client project communications;Assistance and back up to the manager;Client reporting;Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments;The Associate Program Manager will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

Expérience et Niveau d’éducation Requis:

Études postsecondaires ou l’équivalent dans une discipline connexe; Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie des soins de santé, l’industrie pharmaceutique ou l’industrie de la biotechnologie (ou similaire); Diplôme d’IA ou IAA constitue un atout; Bilinguisme (anglais et français) constitue un atout; Expérience en gestion de projets constitue un atout.

Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie de la distribution pharmaceutique Sens aigu des affaires et des finances Solides compétences analytiques et mathématiques  Bonnes habiletés à communiquer à l’interne et à l’externe, et compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership efficaces Sens de l’organisation; attention aux détails Capacité à respecter systématiquement les échéances et à faire plusieurs choses à la fois Excellentes aptitudes de résolution de problèmes; capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et efficiente Capacité de s’adapter au changement et d’apprendre des nouvelles compétences Maîtrise des techniques de présentation Connaissance approfondie dea applications Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access,  Internet Explorer, PowerPoint)   

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar);RN/RPN license an asset;Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset;Project management experience is an asset.

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
