As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse at Crozer Health, you will provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from patient assessments, responding to crises, developing plan of care, to utilizing Combative Patient Skills training, including de-escalation.

Assist in Code 13’s and/or follow-up on BH patients admitted to the medical units Developing Individualized Plans of Care Following of Five Medication Rights Performing Patient Care Equipment Utilization Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion Documenting Nursing Process Communicating with the PhysicianRequirements
