In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).
Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
Serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.
Knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
Familiarity with ProAction programs, including MDF and rebates.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
