También vas a apoyar y acompañar el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas y de liderazgo a los equipos promocionales con el propósito de entregar soluciones a la medida del negocio, garantizando la implementación y ejecución de estrategias de Marketing con base en los objetivos propuestos de los productos asignados. Responsabilidades: Liderar y motivar un equipo de representantes médicos para alcanzar los objetivos y metas promocionales establecidos en el Plan de Marketing. Implementar y ejecutar el plan táctico del equipo, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia de Marketing. Monitorear el desempeño del equipo mediante KPIs, ajustando estrategias para optimizar resultados. Gestionar la asignación de gastos y presupuesto de la fuerza promocional bajo su responsabilidad. Desarrollar un equipo de trabajo sólido y empoderado, fomentando un entorno motivacional y de alto rendimiento. Supervisar los procesos de selección y reclutamiento de los representantes médicos, garantizando la calidad y adecuación del equipo. ¿Por qué tú? Tus calificaciones: Profesional Universitario en carreras del área comercial, administrativa, ingeniería, salud, economía o afines Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica mínima de 5 años y como gerente de distrito al menos 1 año. Conocimiento en el sistema de salud colombiano Manejo avanzado del paquete office Dominio de Inglés sería un diferencial importante. Why GSK?
