Geotechnical Transportation Engineer
Job Description A client in Louisville, KY is looking for a Geotechnical Transportation Engineer to provide engineering and consulting services for transportation projects and clients. Day to day this person will be developing exploration patterns, conducting field investigations, resolve design/constructiion problems, and write/prepare reports and proposals. This individual will also review drawings/plans and evaluate field data for technical and non-technical clients and teams. - Conceptualize initial design for projects. - Conduct lpile, actual pile, shaft capacity, and seismic design analysis. - Subsurface investigations - Soil/rock sampling and analysis - Pavement design, intersection improvement, foundation design, roadway widening, bridge replacements, etc. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
