Additionally, you can count on excellent benefits, a comprehensive PTO plan, uncapped career growth, and the best people in the industry.  You can learn more about our career opportunities here: Job Responsibilities:Locates, observes, and logs field explorations and activitiesOrganizes field operations and can provide oversight of field activitiesCommunicates field observations and results to Project Engineer and Staff EngineersIs responsible for collecting samples and transporting them to the laboratoryDescribes samplesPrepares reports on-field activities and summarizes field and laboratory dataMay perform some laboratory testingPerforms other duties as requestedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMust be currently enrolled at a university and pursuing a degree in Civil or Geological EngineeringNo experience required other than course work in Civil or Geological EngineeringGood oral and written communication skillsThe ability for accuracy and detail in performing field observationsComputer literacyValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travelWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
