A great mining company in Johannesburg, Gauteng is seeking the expertise of a Geology Manager to join their team of professionals. 

Responsibilities

Practical experience in the implementation of International Health and Safety standards in alignment with relevant legislation and guided by the MSA Health and Safety committee Understanding of the life cycle of mining projects and the commercial and technical drivers for our clients positioned at various stages along this lifecycle Demonstrable track record in the execution and management of exploration projects Providing mineral exploration services, large scale mapping and sampling programs in support of national geoscientific initiatives Responsible for the management and co-ordination of mineral exploration projects internationally

Requirements 

Grade 12 Post-Graduate Degree in Geology 8 – 10 years’ experience in a mining environment Minimum 3 years at Manager level
