Consider the opportunities below: Packaging Machine Operator + The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating or tending to machines that prepare consumer products for storage or shipment with the bottle house, variety pack and/or draft center. + Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift availability is required; Weekends and OT as needed + Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent + prior manufacturing experience is preferred, ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day & lift up to 50 lbs. + Pay: Starting pay rate is $20.11/hour. This rate will increase to $21.87/hour after 6 months, and to $27.85 after 12 months, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Brewing Operator + The Brewing Operator is responsible for assembling, monitoring, inspecting & cleaning equipment to prepare product for packaging. + Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift availability is required; Weekends and OT as needed + Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent is required, prior brewing experience is preferred, must be 21 years of age. + Pay: Starting pay rate is $20.11/hour. This rate will increase to $21.87/hour after 6 months, and to $27.85 after 12 months, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Industrial Electrician + The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of all electrical systems within the brewery. + Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift availability is required; Weekends and OT as needed + Requirements: 5+ years of industrial electrician experience is required, associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred. + Pay: Starting pay rate is $29.11 – 43.04/hour, depending on qualifications and experience and as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Utilities Technician + The Utilities Technician will oversee, operate, and maintain Ammonia Refrigeration, Glycol, CO2, Steam, and Air systems. This includes monitoring, trending, troubleshooting, and repairing all systems. + Shift: Off shift availability is required; Weekends and OT as needed + Requirements: Must obtain Rochester City License R4 within 13 months of start day & Must obtain Rochester City License S3 within 26 months of start date + Pay: The starting pay rate is $22.30/hour as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. After obtaining the lowest Rochester City Licenses-R4 & S3, pay increases will come from acquiring higher Rochester City Licenses. Sanitation Technician + The Sanitation Technician will maintain the cleanliness of the buildings, grounds, and selected equipment for the campus to ensure a clean and safe working environment for our products and employees is upheld. + Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift availability is required; Weekends and OT as needed + Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent is required, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use heavy equipment, and work with hazardous chemicals. + Pay: Starting pay rate is $20.11/hour. This rate will increase to $21.87/hour after 6 months, and to $27.85 after 12 months, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
