Your role and responsibilities
• Training: Develop and deliver workshops on AI tools, making complex concepts accessible • AI Tool Development: Design and implement customized GPTs, and collaborate with IT for se-cure integration.• Community Building: Develop and manage the AI community strategy for HR, fostering en-gagement and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with and add content to other communities as needed.• AI Advocacy: Evangelise and promote AI use in HR and the wider community, address concerns, and support adoption.• Content Creation: Produce and curate high-quality AI-related content (articles, blog posts, tu-torials, presentations, videos).• Data Analysis: Analyze engagement and training data to identify trends.• Collaboration: Work with other teams to integrate AI into HR, people development and other processes.• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI developments and share knowledge.Working model: Hybrid #LI-hybridPreferred location for this role is flexible within Europe excluding Switzerland.
Qualifications for the roleContent & Community Engagement: Strong writing, storytelling, and community management skills, including data literacy in measuring the impact of campaigns.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience in delivering projects in unknown contexts, shaping agendas, and defining plans to succeed.Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data related to community engagement, training effectiveness, and AI usage to identify trends and insights.AI & Technology Proficiency: Working knowledge of AI tools, prompting, and development.Training & Change Management: Experience in AI-related training, facilitation, and driving adoption, with a focus on change management.Broad Understanding of AI: Knowledge of AI history, challenges, ethical dilemmas, and active participation in relevant forums and authorities. Formal education in AI is preferred.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, education, technology, business).Proven experience in community management, content creation, training delivery, and/or AI-related projects (5+ years).Strong understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering techniques.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HR technologies (e.g., LMS, talent management systems) is a plus.
