Description NOW HIRING- Join our team!!  WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE need in HEBRON, KY SHIFT AVAILABLE:  1st shift 6am-2:30pm and 9am-5:30pm( Mon-Fri) ( Tues-Sat) Pay $15.75/hr 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm ( Mon-Fri) ( Tues-Sat) Pay $16.25/hr

Responsible for the fast-paced, physical tasks of sorting, loading, and unloading packages, ensuring efficient delivery processes, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities: Sorting and Handling Packages   Loading and unloading packages onto conveyor belts, trucks, or pallets.    Scanning and labeling packages to ensure accurate tracking.    Using “hand-to-surface” methods when handling packages. 

 

Physical Requirements: Physical Stamina: This is a physically demanding job that involves lifting, lowering, and sliding packages that can weigh up to 25-35 lbs, and sometimes heavier. Ability to Stand and Walk: You will be on your feet for extended periods of time. Dexterity and Coordination: You need good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.    Skills and Qualities: Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial for ensuring packages are delivered to the correct destinations.  Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: UPS warehouses are busy and require a high level of energy and efficiency.  Teamwork: You’ll be working closely with other warehouse associates to meet deadlines.  Safety Conscious: Adhering to safety protocols is essential.
