Hourly Rate: $27.81 an hour

As a member of the Sanitation team you will perform General Sanitation work plant-wide at the Menomonie, WI plant. You will be a member of the Sanitation Department reporting to the plant Sanitation Manager.

You Will:Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others.Perform sanitation in assigned areas.  Included: Floors, walls, ceilings, overhead pipes, ventilation units, warehouse racks, roof tops, dock plates.Help with general facility maintenanceHelp with emergency cleaning tasks (interior and exterior)Help Production areas with yearly tear down cleaning tasksAccurate documentation and recording of work completed.Support CPS activitiesPerform other tasks as directed by Supervisor or Sanitation Crew CoordinatorRegular, reliable attendance is necessaryResponsible for Food Safety and QualityYou Have:Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance.  Accident/Incident-free behavior.Working knowledge of Sanitation, Safe practices and Food SafetyOperate required equipment - Ex) forklift, man lift, etc.Basic mechanical aptitudeFlexibility in daily routine to support where neededEnter confined spaces and work at elevated heightsHeavy manual lifting required. Lifting up to 50 lbs
