The ideal candidate will be involved in the assembly of barrier systems and eyewear edging, requiring a basic understanding of hand tools and equipment. The role involves lifting and bending up to 40 lbs, running and setting up basic equipment, and following work instructions. **Responsibilities** + Assemble barrier systems using hand tools and drills + Lift and bend up to 40 lbs during shifts + Run and set up basic equipment for eyewear edging (training provided) + Use measuring tools accurately + Follow detailed work instructions + Visually inspect lenses for defects using a magnifying glass + Update and maintain documentation + Package products into boxes and assist in the shipping area **Essential Skills** + Basic understanding of hand and power tools + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs + Experience with assembly (minimum 6 months, preferably mechanical assembly) + Detail-oriented + Ability to multitask + Quick decision-making skills + Ability to perform at an above-average pace **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine operation, packaging, and visual inspection + Knowledge of warehouse distribution, shipping, and receiving + Familiarity with computer support and ERP systems **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your skills and supports your growth.
