**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Production Worker responsible for the manufacturing of metal E-Rings. The successful candidate will utilize standard measuring devices and gauges, and safely operate all manufacturing equipment involved in the process. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture metal E-Rings according to documentation and procedures. + Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts. + Read and interpret work instructions. + Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work. + Perform assembly and inspection. **Essential Skills** + Machine Operator + Assembler + Inspection + Manufacturing experience (1 year) + Computer skills + Ability to read and write English **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma + Basic math skills + Must be able to lift 25 pounds + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment **Why Work Here?** Join a clean facility where you have the opportunity to grow and expand your skills. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager. The role requires frequent standing and walking, using hands to operate machines, measuring devices, and a computer. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. Regular attendance and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others and follow written and verbal directions are essential. Shifts available are 1st shift: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday with potential for overtime; 2nd shift: 3PM-12AM, Monday-Thursday and 3PM-7PM Friday; 3rd shift: 11PM-7AM, Sunday-Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
