**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The Digital Department worker will be responsible for setting up and monitoring a digital press machine to ensure it runs correctly. This role involves minimal manual labor as the digital presses are less manual compared to traditional printing presses. Training will be provided on how to load paper rolls into the machine, input orders into the computer, monitor the printing process, and count and stack products at the end of the machine. Light lifting up to 20 lbs is required on a regular basis. Basic computer operation skills, equivalent to opening a PDF file or an email, are necessary. The job primarily involves standing and watching the machine. Technical support is available onsite for any machine breakdowns.
**Responsibilities**

+ Perform light lifting up to 20 lbs regularly
+ Operate a computer for basic tasks
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to operate a computer for basic tasks
+ Ability to stand for long periods
+ Ability to perform light lifting up to 20 lbs
+ Ability to count to 10
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1 year of experience working with one company
+ References for attendance with previous companies
+ Printing experience (Press, Digital, or Flexo) is a plus

**Work Environment**
You will work in a large production facility that is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, with humidity control to maintain paper quality. The work environment is loud but well-lit and kept very clean, as we frequently host client tours. The dress code requires close-toed shoes, no dangly jewelry, and long hair or loose clothing must be secured to prevent accidents. Profanity on clothing or baseball caps is not allowed.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
