Responsibilities also include operating a nail gun, using hand tools, and handling various tasks like changing lift truck fuel tanks and moving packages weighing up to 70 lbs., often requiring the use of stairs. The role requires adherence to safety policies, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional, along with experience in lockout/tagout procedures. Additional duties include operating computers for shipping manifests, performing housekeeping tasks, and following supervisor-directed assignments while adhering to work location rules and procedures. Responsibilities:Picking loads for shipment from the warehouse using a forklift, loading trucks, and completing related paperwork. Must be able to receive, handle, and carry miscellaneous packages from shipping carriers             weighing up to 70 lbs, including moving up and down stairs. Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine guards and safety features are working. Will be responsible for operating computers to create shipping manifests with minimal supervision, with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Qualifications and Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and perform frequent physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, pulling, pushing, twisting, and grasping. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1-2 years of prior manufacturing production experience required within the applicable skill set for the position. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and material handling, with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits and Perks:$16/hr.Medical, dental, vision insuranceReferral program Your New Organization: We produce steel, plastic and fiber drums, jerrycans, intermediate bulk containers, reconditioned containers, small plastics, containerboard, uncoated recycled paperboard, coated recycled paperboard, tubes and cores, corrugated sheets, bulk corrugated boxes and a diverse mix of specialty products.
