Answering phones and taking messages: Directing calls, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate message taking. Managing records and filing systems: Organizing and updating both electronic and paper records, ensuring easy retrieval. Handling mail and deliveries: Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail.
