General Office Administration and Cleaning

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain offices, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure that office furniture, equipment, and floors are kept spotless. Prepare tea and coffee and assist with refreshments for meetings and visitors. Provide support with event preparation, including food and beverage arrangements. Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing deliveries and couriers. Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all areas. Follow proper procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently. Replenish office supplies and take inventory of cleaning and maintenance materials. Handle any ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Requirements:
Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) English and Afrikaans Essential Prior experience in cleaning roles Experience in administration is a plus Knowledge or experience in a similar industry is an advantage Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Well-groomed, friendly, and professional demeanour. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors. Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive. *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
