As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the CEO.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations with a focus on financial control, systems, procedures, procurement and optimizing team performance. Key Responsibilities:

 

Leadership s Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and employees across various departments (administration, sales, warehouse, customer service, ). Operations Management:

Dovetail with the Technical Director and engineering team to ensure the efficient execution of solar installations, from project scoping to completion, meeting quality standards and timelines. Manage inventory, procurement, and equipment to ensure the company is prepared for projects. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce

Financial Oversight:

Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and PCL management. Ensure profitability through cost management and the efficient allocation of Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement or Ensure that the company is adequately insured

Sales Customer Service:

Drive business growth by supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client issues, concerns, or queries Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products related to solar

Compliance s Risk Management:

Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding solar installations. Oversee safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role, ideally within the solar energy, construction, or related Strong understanding of solar installation operations, processes, and technologies is advantageous.
