Planning and Realisation of Real Estate projects across Bosch India including Site concept/Location evaluation, Master planning for each location, User interface for arriving at final user requirements for every project, Project charter approvals, Planning of planning, Planning of purchase, Planning of execution, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Testing and Commissioning and Handover.

Planning and realisation of necessary Statutory approvals like City Municipal Corporations, Ministry of Environment & Forests, State Pollution control boards, Electrical Inspectorate, Electricity supply companies (DISCOM's), Water supply and Sewerage Board, Fire authority, Village Panchayat, Industrial associations, etc.

Establishing of standards for India region - General contract conditions, Safety standards, Quality system and Project Management processes in coordination with Bosch India Local and Global stakeholders and also, benchmarking External corporates. 

Establishing digital smart solutions and realization of remediation measures in campuses and locations across Bosch India. Provide technical consultancy and support in Real Estate topics and Sustainability projects at Bosch India locations
























 

BE / B.Tech
Should have minimum 12 - 15 years of experience with Domain expertise in Construction areas like Civil/structural, MEP, Environment and Project management. Awareness to bye-laws and building codes.exposure to modern construction techniques besides good communication skills
