We have created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, and active cultural patrons—bringing the wine country experience to the middle of a large city. **Position Summary:** The SVP of Marketing is pivotal within our team and is tasked with leading our marketing efforts and spearheading our marketing strategy amongst our omni channels including our winery,restaurant, concerts/ticket sales and events. This role is responsible for overseeing our digital marketing, brand communication, national marketing campaigns, and expanding our brand's reach across all pillars of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the COO and President of Venues, the SVP of Marketing refines the marketing team's focus to directly impact sales outcomes, while also driving Tickets to available shows And more! **Overview of Responsibilities** Core Lines of Business: + Ticket Sales for Entertainment Events: Drive ticket sales for music, comedy, and related entertainment events through targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships with artists and promoters. + Private Events: Promote private events as a major revenue source by highlighting City Winery’s unique venues and customizable event packages. + Restaurant Reservations and Sales: Increase reservations / customers in City Winery's restaurants and bars and increase overall sales by developing promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs. + Wine Sales: Increase sales of City Winery wines by developing targeted strategies, and promotional and seasonal campaigns. + Memberships: Grow the membership base by creating compelling value propositions and engagement initiatives for current and prospective members. + Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our omni channels, including events, concerts/tickets sales, restaurant, and our winery. + Direct digital marketing efforts across various platforms to attract and retain customers across our omni channels, ensuring alignment with City Winery's brand identity and values + Lead a team of 9+ marketing/graphic design professionals, providing guidance and direction in executing marketing strategies + Establish infrastructure such as content calendars and marketing frameworks to streamline national marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels, ensuring City Winery's brand integrity is maintained across all marketing efforts + Utilize digital advertising platforms to optimize spend and drive sales across the omnichannel landscape, leveraging City Winery's unique offerings + Oversee traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and branding + Collaborate with internal graphic design teams to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines + Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers through a cohesive marketing approach encompassing all aspects of City Winery's operations + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals for each sector, leveraging PR experience to enhance brand visibility and reputation + Leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns + Oversee and Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to each segment of the business + Analyze market trends and consumer behavior specific to each sector to identify opportunities for growth and enhance customer experiences, applying structured marketing approaches to drive results + Implement strategies to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, focusing on structured approaches and best practices in marketing management **Your Strengths & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). + Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. + Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. + Strong understanding of brand management, market analysis, and customer engagement. + Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or consumer goods industries is highly desirable. + Exceptional leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in contemporary software and business analytics tools commonly used in digital marketing, including but not limited to Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, SEMrush, Hootsuite,
