About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. About the Role
As General Manager, you will lead the operations, strategy, and culture of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will oversee the performance of the property, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and inspire a team to achieve the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This Planning Committee-level role requires exceptional leadership, vision, and expertise in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
What You Will Do
Lead with Vision:
Provide strategic leadership for all hotel personnel, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.Directly oversee key department heads to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the hotel’s goals.Maximize Hotel Operations:
Develop and implement strategies to optimise profitability, service standards, and sustainability practices.Submit annual marketing and profit plans with a focus on efficiency, maintenance, and energy conservation.Foster Culinary Excellence:
Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure the hotel’s outlets, including Bar Trigona and Yun House, are recognised as top dining destinations in Kuala Lumpur.Build Talent and Culture:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals to drive the hotel’s success while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Strengthen service culture by implementing training programs and promoting internal growth opportunities.Enhance Stakeholder Relationships:
Cultivate strong relationships with ownership, local communities, and global stakeholders to align priorities and strategic goals.Actively engage with the Kuala Lumpur community to position the hotel as a leader in luxury hospitality.Drive Revenue and Brand Presence:
Identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.Partner with marketing and sales teams to elevate the hotel’s brand visibility in competitive local and international markets.What You Bring
