**Compensation:**
+ **Salary Range:** $45,000.00 - $55,000+ per year
+ **Additional Compensation:** Attractive Monthly Bonus Scheme

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and ensure top-notch quality in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
+ Strategically create weekly schedules and organize the crew to manage business effectively across various shifts.
+ Manage inventory orders and supplies, oversee delivery accuracies, and process invoices.
+ Accurately manage weekly payroll for team members.
+ Uphold the highest levels of guest service, addressing and resolving guest complaints efficiently.
+ Implement and maintain safety standards and sanitation practices.
+ Oversee proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting to the corporate office.
+ Provide continuous on-the-floor supervision to enhance line production and guest service.
+ Conduct ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members; responsible for hiring and termination as needed.
+ Drive profitability and manage store reporting with precision.
+ Cultivate store leadership and prepare them for future career advancement.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma is mandatory; some college education preferred.
+ Proven management experience.
+ Preferred management experience in the food service industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
