Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services General Manager 5 for a large healthcare account in the Miami, FL area, Jackson Memorial Hospital.  Jackson Memorial Hospital is an accredited, non-profit, tertiary care hospital and the major teaching facility for the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. With approximately 1400 licensed beds, Jackson Memorial Hospital is a referral center, a magnet for medical research, and home to Ryder Trauma Center - the only adult and pediatric Level 1 trauma center in Miami-Dade County. This GM will report to the Client Executive and be responsible for overall operations with a GM 4, 3 managers, 10 supervisors and 190+ frontline staff.

What You Bring are leaders who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping systemare an expert in building and maintain strong customer / client relationships possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completionhave 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a hospital environmentcan analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management Who We Are

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or custodial services
