We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **General Manager 3 - Food** to lead the charge of food operations supporting MEDCOM at Fort Irwin, CA **located near Barstow, CA** . The Ideal candidate will have a culinary background and operational management or general manager experience from healthcare food service environment with patient and retail operations experience. Hours of operation are 6 AM to 6.30 PM Seven Days a week . Retail operations are open for Breakfast & lunch M-F. This is a non-union account and will be working directly with the Client. **The successful candidate will:** + have oversight of day-to-day operations; + deliver high quality food service; + achieve company and client financial targets and goals; + develop and maintain client and customer relationships; + manage patient and retail operations; + become familiar with On line ordering and/or Army ordering process. + develop strategic plans; + Ensure compliance TB Med 530 , NSF, TJC + create a positive environment;and/or + ensure Sodexo standards are met. **Is this opportunity right for you?
