Job DescriptionManaging costs building sales, increasing customer base, and store profitabilityLead Team Members in operation excellence and promotion of brand standardsRecruitment, new Team Member training, and schedulingProvide continuous training and development of Team MembersUphold brand standards and company policiesServe as operations expert on Domino’s operating standards to maximize productivityEnsure consistently high-quality products and service to customers Prepare and serve products during operationsFollow all health, safety, and cleanliness standardsFoster productive and professional relationships and engage Team MembersServe as store mentor and operations expert in all Domino’s store-level Team Member positionsBuild relationships with customers and the communityCash handling, reconciliation, and reportingLabor and Inventory control and management

QualificationsMinimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environmentUnderstand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilitiesComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsExperience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employeesAbility to lead and promote team members and food safety protocolsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferredFood Service Manager Certified
