Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the beauty / cosmetology industry?  Drybar Shops® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee salon operations. Essential Job Functions

◆ Manage the shop and leadership team.
◆ Interview and select high quality candidates, ensuring candidates are a cultural fit and able to meet Drybar standards after thorough training.
◆ Take initiative to attract and recruit Stylists locally. Develop relationships with local beauty schools.
◆ Responsible for setting and meeting daily budget goals.
◆ Coach and provide feedback as necessary for all team members, ensuring Drybar standards are being met at all times (hair quality and customer experience). Assign additional training if needed.
◆ Maximize the shop’s financial potential. Understand and optimize your shop’s P&L.
◆ Provide vision for and lead from Drybar’s Heart & Soul.
◆ Identify and develop talent: Invest extra time in coaching high potential Stylists and Bartenders for future leadership roles in the organization.
◆ Maintain the overall visual shop appearance per brand standards.
◆ Inspire safety culture.
◆ Resolve team member relations and customer issues ensuring the company is protected against liability with a mindfulness of shop morale and culture. Follow all company policies and procedures. When in doubt, ask for help.

Manager Qualifications

Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.Implement structure, policies, and procedures.Customer Service orientedAbility to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegateStrong verbal and written communications skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidenceMust be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skillsMust be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidaysCompetent trainer and motivatorMindBody Software experience a plusCosmetology license preferred
