The Snow Bowl General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all operational aspects to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient business operations, and the safety of patrons and staff. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for the ski industry.

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $85,295 - $108,810 per year.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage all departments, including ski operations, guest services, retail operations, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration. Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and revenue generation efforts to achieve profitability goals. Oversee, manage, and support recruitment, training, and development initiatives for staff members to ensure a high-performing team. Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive ticket sales, season pass purchases, and ancillary revenue streams. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, suppliers, and industry partners. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
