A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data._ **Basic Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED equivalent + 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Valid Driver's License + Must be 18 years of age or older **Responsibilities:** + Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned. + Performs minor electrical repairs, installation and maintenance. + Performs minor plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation. + Clears obstructions from drain lines. + Performs minor carpentry repairs and furniture assembly. + Performs periodic standard and safety inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. + Ability to operate motor vehicles and power tools safely and effectively + Supports Special Events when necessary by moving tables, chairs, bleachers and similar activities. + Provide excellent customer service. + Responds to emergency situations during normal work hours and after hours.
